In 2024, Clemar continues to expand its presence in the Special Processes Refrigeration sector with the completion of another major project. This time, it was a Chick Hatchery (broiler chicks) located in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, with an impressive production capacity of 129,024 chicks per day.
The project includes an installed capacity of 280 TR refrigeration, 800,000 Kcal/h of heating, along with advanced systems for pressurized cleaning water and compressed air. Every detail of the project was designed to meet the rigorous requirements of performance and efficiency, which are critical for the success of such specific and challenging industrial processes.
The climatic design, sizing, manufacturing, integration, and execution were developed by Clemar, including the automation system to optimize operation and ensure consistent, efficient performance. This project also features the evolution of energy efficiency, a concept Clemar has been developing throughout its history, always aiming for sustainability and cost reduction for its clients.
